Meet the Founder
Calvin started in real estate at the age of 22 when he earned his real estate license in Colorado. In 2009, during the housing market crash, he transitioned into working with investors, wholesaling and rehabbing properties. To generate leads, he dove deep into SEO, PPC and direct response marketing. He now generates 3000+ motivated seller leads per month. He's expanded into other channels while maintaining focus strictly on leads that close at the highest rate.
